Withdrawal Rules
In case of withdrawal, an application addressed to the Headmistress must be sent to the office, one month in advance otherwise one month fee will be charged.
School Leaving Certificate and Progress Report Card will not be issued until all dues are cleared.
Student on roll taking leave in the months of April or May will be entitled to deposit the fee till June.
The office requires minimum seven days to complete the formalities and prepare the School Leaving Certificate.
The school reserves the right to strike off the name of the students on the following grounds:
Immoral code of conduct.
Irregularity in attendance.
Non-Payment of fee.
Mode of Fee Payment
Parents/students can drop the Fee Cheque along with pay-in-slip in the drop box kept with the guard on any day between 07:30 am to 06:30 pm before the due date.
Fee is collected quarterly. Due date for depositing the school fee is on or before 10th of every quarter (April, July, October, January) in case of a holiday or a Sunday, fee can be deposited the next day.
If a cheque is dishonored, Rs. 500/- are payable with the fee and the fee will be accepted only in Demand Draft.
Duplicate fee slips will be issued on payment of Rs. 50/- from the school office.
In case of withdrawal of a student in the month of May, fee for the full quarter is to be paid.
For Transfer Certificate, one month prior notice in writing must be given at the school reception or in lieu one month’s fee will be charged.

Admission Process
All students seeking admission in various classes are required to get their names registered for admission by filling in the application for registration and admission.
The following documents should be attached with the application for registration and admission:
Two passport sized photographs of the child
Passport sized photographs of parents
Proof of Residence
Proof of date of Birth (Form-9)
School Leaving Certificate from the school last attended (for classes I onwards)
The merit of the student as per the guidelines issued is the sole criterion of selection.
Once the child is selected, parents should deposit the fee within stipulated period.
